Wespac Management assigns one Principal to be the primary contact with the client. All questions and concerns can be addressed to the primary contact. This spares the client from being shuffled to various departments to obtain the answers they are seeking. We realize how valuable your time is.
Reporting & Accounting
Wespac generates a Monthly Report specifically designed to suit the individual reporting needs of each client. These reports include a monthly narrative, income statement, cash flow statement, income and expense registers, tenant rent roll, vacancy report, unit directory, tenant delinquency reports and bank statements. In addition to the individual reporting of each property, Wespac can also report on the client’s entire portfolio of properties. To provide the highest level of accountability, a separate banking account is established for each property. Bank statements and reconciliation reports are provided monthly for each account.
Wespac utilizes the latest in Yardi Professional Property Management Systems TM software systems, which has been approved by the Institute of Real Estate Management. Wespac Management Group recognizes that institutional investors may require reporting in unique formats or at non-standard intervals. We can provide customized financial and management reports to your specifications.
